Northeast Laser, Inc. is a laser cutting, press brake forming and fabrication shop whose unique expertise is the prototype manufacturing of metal and composite parts. We have been providing prototype manufacturing services to companies in the Akron, Canton, and Cleveland area and across Ohio and the US since 2000. Pre-production prototypes are ideal for functional testing. Whether you need one or one hundred pieces, we are able to laser cut it, bend it, weld it, provide light fabrication and assembly then send it out for hardening, coating or anodizing.
Choose our expedited services for quick, accurate manufacturing of your prototype metal parts. We can produce small, intricate prototypes or larger items up to 10 feet long. We offer laser cut prototypes as a stand-alone service or as a time/cost saving step in prototype manufacturing that utilizes our press brake forming, prototype machining, welding and fabrication. Laser cutting is the an ideal method for cost effective prototype manufacturing replacing traditional prototype machining and expensive boring mill processes with dimensional accuracy at a fraction of the cost. Laser cutting combined with press brake forming is often able to form complex shapes out of one piece of material which eliminates expensive welding operations.
We manufacture prototype parts from a wide variety of materials including stainless, aluminum, armor plate, and exotic materials such as titanium and hastelloy. Using the latest manufacturing techniques and state-of-the-art equipment, we are able to produce prototype parts faster and as cost effectively as possible.

This 3/4" bent steel sample piece utilizes custom tooling and press brake forming to create the heavy bend. In-house custom tooling can cut the production costs.
