Our latest acquisition is a 2015 Cincinnati Press Brake 175 Tons x 12′ with 5 Axis control, Universal Tooling capabilities (American, European forward and reverse facing). With 10′ between housing x 40″ backgauge, this press brake provides greater speed, accuracy and complex bends that other metal formers just can’t do.

At NEL, we have the expertise to create the bent contours on compound angles on this laser cut piece. This guard is part of a larger assembly.
This press brake formed part can be made out of aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel. The key feature of this part was to create the bends without distorting the hole beyond tolerance.
This bracket is laser cut and bent using the press brake forming tool. We developed custom tooling to create bends. This product also features tack welding and weather coating powder coating.
This galvanized piece features laser cutting, press brake forming and stamped molding.
This OEM component part is made from mild steel, stainless steel and 1095 steel. It is laser cut, press brake formed and features the use of custom tooling. These parts are tumble polished and/or powder coated.
This 3/4" bent steel sample piece utilizes custom tooling and press brake forming to create the heavy bend. In-house custom tooling can cut the production costs.
This intricate panel assembly is made from 20 gauge, laser cut steel and required 5 forming operations to create the bend. It was then powder coated.
This part was created for the transportation industry and features our laser cutting process and press brake forming process as well as machining. The precision forming on the channel was an integral feature of this product.
This laser cut bracket was manufactured from mild steel and stainless steel. The processes used were laser cutting, press brake formed, gusseted, and resistance welding.
This multi-step product is made from mild steel and is laser cut and bent. We developed custom tooling to create the extrusions, gussets and ribs. This piece also showcases a spot welded nut that was resistance welded.
This piece is a demonstration of our precision nitrogen laser cutting as well as custom made tooling to bend the part.
